1800sqft. That's the cheapest. The next size would be 2100 and 2500 which the price are 1.2x mil and 1.3x mil.

i still doubt in this area sell so expensive, who is the buyer to be targeted?
The infra here seems not that good as compare to PJ, subang, Sunway

Im admit Cheras infra not nice like PJ or Subang.

But Cheras still have alot potential market.

I see many cheras ppl is very rich also.

600+ psf is expensive? I think is reasonable. It only feel expensive because comprise all big units.

It's certainly among the most expensive in cheras area no? and big sq ft shld be cheaper psf right.

The products offering is different. For this quality and concept SDB put in , the price is cheap in my opinion. Even those not well known developer are selling this price in this area.
