Even high end nk Anjali only provide laminated flooring for all bedrooms.. the plastic skirting very turn off. As far as I see the material provided better than manyak new 400k -500k project. Size almost same. Workmanship detail part may need to go there see liao.

The only concern is the main door punya door frame. Kinda Aiya... The mj dark color door still acceptable. the main door type is rich of texture n looks good 1. Not like those plan flat dull dark door. Just only the door frame that I kinda concern.
