Must give credit to SDB for coming out with this great idea of using milestone sculptures...which they named as "Batu Milestones"...to mark out distances around the park, beside beautifying the park, these milestones can be used by residents to pace their exercise during walking or running around the park...they can be used as seats as well.......
off course, those who have Apple Watch + iPhone need not rely on these "Batu" to pace themselves....use high-tech gadgets are more accurate...

Yup no doubt Vidop location play a major important factor, whereas ppl would pay and to be there, and it's recent transaction is Wow, In lyn forum I also notice AMINT vested there too.

If for local n own stay I would rather use that money to vested in a bigger sqft unit n better environment for family, plus trustedable safety system, it boils down to our own personal needs and investment vehicle.  Hehe, really got the rush to sapu WOTP, I really like cheras area hahaha

Ya...looks like there are alot of coconut trees around...just wonder how long it takes for these coconut trees to mature...there will be lots of nuts to pluck...you can expect a crop of 20 to 30 coconuts per year per tree once these trees mature...it won't be dangerous to climb these coconut trees...I guess?

Manyak plank woods at swimming pool area. Think Wood flooring work will start very soon. Nice.

You can see they are preparing to install lumber for the pool deck...hope they use teak...the best wood for pool deck.

Teak decking is considered as the best hardwood decking material for outdoor projects....teak is called king of the timber for a reason...it has superior weathering resistance....No.1 for outdoor use...but very expensive leh..
