Yes, indeed mislead of "Proposed MRT" to buyer do create dissapointment. You can take a step to sue ZALAM, and get your supported.

But inreality do you see CT surround by tree or forest. As current law - brochure was not accountablility for developer to get sue.

Buyer shld do research before made decision to buy. When i buy i known the tree have chop off for Mahajaya and Sutera Height. Picture do create mislead to buyer, what we can do.

But your statement "Internal also not united" is not fair.
Block A, B , C and D buyer - in the brochure is "Proposed MRT". There is no promise of MRT whein buyer signup CT.

but Block E - it suddent change to "Approved Mrt" which total misslead buyer.

You need to get atleast more 51% buyer to agree ZALAM mislead CT buyer on "Approved MRT".

I do feel mad.gif when MRT didnt go thru CT. What i can do ?


I can join you JUMPIN on the at lowyat, to TRASH ZALAM at CT topic.

This what we will get on CT in Lowyat.When new potential buyer read CT Topic at lowyat -
you scare off ppl on CT image brand also Quality CT Image.

There alot way to channel the FLAME, but also there must Logical Action be taken on the FLAME.

We dont use Forum to post FLAME, but post a Effective Soultion and Suggestion for Buyer or reader to Read and understand on CT project.

biggrin.gif biggrin.gif is ZALAM 1st time to create own luxury residential development.

ZALAM has 30year experience is construction but it their first Luxury Flagship as developer.

I personaly see and stay at Admiral Cove to see their Luxury Hotel built at beach with yatch harbour.

They have built luxury condo residential as contractor for other developer.


One issue did made spark FLAME to ZALAM is MRT promise that you highlight.

But overall Dr Khor or ZALAM promise to deliver wont be COMPROMISE.

I also went to meet Dr Khor to meet up some issue CT before.

We only can wait rather made such statment which not Truth. This will spoiled CT image at beginning.

Everyone who are buyer wont tease off such remarks include ownself before the VP given.

Issue can be resolve or rectify when everyone work together.

Below is simple msg- we complain on the cup we may not have time to taste the water.

So far the result deliver by ZALAM no so bad. One of them is Admiral Cove at Portdickson.

I went few VP like The Z, The Tree, Gembira Residence..etc so far so good deliver as their brochure.
with their landscaping as promised.

The only i dissatify is OUG Parklane. alot broken window, cemment spot , window frame...not in tip top condition.

Mind advice juz to tell FLAME ZALAM too much may not bring benefit to CT image.

Important How to create a WIN WIN Solution is better idea.

MRT is issue on public transport for CT bujyer. Overall quality cant be judge until complete.

For ZALAM to loose in this suit - you MAY need 51% or more CT buyer of this matter.

Pls go ahead SUE ZALAM. Im waiting your action , get a lawyer to said about this.




2) Contractor and Developer is not same.

But as contractor they need to work with developer , archietect , landscape....this their 30 year experience.

What CT buyer paid for ZALAM should deliver as promised. But CT havent VP so hard to put statement ZALAM is lousy developer - indirectly affecting CT as lousy condo.

I also a CT buyer- IM sitting the SAME BOAT as you for own stay.

Still studying how to stick on the wall. Do survery DIY HomePro IOI City Mall and studying Feasibility to do it.

I like green - try to find new idea how to put green feature inside the house beside painting.
