can anyone here share some info on CT? like the well known issue from developer, quality,worth of money etc.

thanks for the comments, it is helpful. So far I more concerns below 3 points really, after reading some previous post here.

1. The slope safety issue, as CT is build on hill. Hope not to get like the Ampang case, then we all who bought will rugi till drop, half a million man. Staying at top floor very scare, but no choice as left top floor really

2. heard someone saying CT nearby area will flood when heavy rain? is it true and around JLN Belimbing, Damai Perdana etc?

3. The projects surrounding, aware of 120 units from Sutera Heights and 360 units medium condo are right in front of CT sharing the same road. I also read that project 11-story from Mahajaya as well. any idea anything else near CT which will lead to jam and become high density really.

Kvsual, do you have any idea how many ppl registered under your secret CT group ? I would like to know how strong is this group cause eventually they will be staying there and does care on the CT environment and quality of living lifestyle, also potential become JMB later. So this can ensure all work together and maintain / bring up the quality of lifestyle and security there as well.

BTW,  l do hope that one of the Serdang stations can be relocated to Silk highway side eg Mines, to benefit residents along Silk, without having to cross Besraya/PLUS/Serdang bridge....Understand also this relocation will cost more and track will be in sharper curve shape.

I also would like to give my neutral opinion here.
I always believe chinese say we need to build trust in a successful business.

To me, the developer are having the initiative to beautify the entrance all the way to the condo with their own expenses already can earn my trust for the time being because I can see they are sincerely wish to build a signature property for a good reputation. Is not cheap thou...

In addition, the construction is still on going and it is only about 10-20% completion perhaps? We still did not see the near end result, yet, we started to complain and make a big fuss. Just imagine that your are the developer and you are trying to develop something which make you proud but end up always accused / suspected of being an irresponsible developer. How will you feel? I am just afraid, one day the developer will get annoyed and put an attitude of 'sudah lah' and 'tidak apa lah' attitude towards this development.

Further to that, development nearby or MRT project is out of the developer control and it is quite naive if a buyer trust everything an agent mentioned. There are alot of advised out there which always mentioned do not trust what the agent say be it proposed highway or whatever. No doubt the developer in this case are responsible to the original printed brochure which have advertised this as one of the selling point and they have admitted it is their mistake of doing that and we should however discuss for a win win situation instead of demanding a compensation. It is not their entire fault for us having a U-Turn government which money and network relationship can change anything at anytime (in this case the MRT alignment and development nearby).

By the way if nearby shop apartment got revamped, can the developer impose higher selling price to us after this? 

Anyway, this is my personal opinion and I hope buyer will be more patient to the development.
