MRT2 pathway not decide by Chester, they more like echo MRT2 as their marketing to buyer. Barang Naik who start off said the MRT2 will pass by AlamDamai and building PR1MA there.

Is the Barang Naik who said will cross there and now is they who change the route. You can don't trust Chester, can you trust who change the route. We don't happy either who control MRT or don't trust Chester who tell earlier MRT at there?


Must see who pocket the most money is Chester give a echo woe buyer on MRT juz to earn a commission selling CT, or one man babe just to bailout their debt. Chester earn just a small potatoes compare the behind reason to bailout someone company.

Who pocket the most money?

I'm not talking CT pain but also PR1MA, Damai Perdana residence..etc who staying there.


Forgive I'm not said you are wrong, or Chester don't do wrong. Chester will responsibility for marketing tactics to woe CT buyer. But I want to highlight we just can't blame small potatoes but better we blame the big fish.is the right of citizen to decide our nation future.

Go to zalam office to get the info. Block E haven't fully sold.
Not mistaken zalam still giving 15% rebate, the air con and etc.

you may try to visit 1sentul condo and Alam Puri Condo. get the property agent to visit any sellable unit.

other is Port Dickson - Admiral Cove for holiday also built by ZALAM link to yacth.

Few Developer sub contract to ZALAM for their project. I remember is Maisson Ara Damasara, Sinaran TTDI and etc

you can find this infor frm the website.

Different ppl have different opinion best you visit the site yourself.

Like me....i holiday Admiral Cove few time...can see their structure solid beside the sea.

Any property also have wear and tear, but most important i want to see their promise of safety and quality.

Especially CT are built at slope hill.

Nowsday - Developer are throwing 4G; end result is buyer will judge/comment of their product differently.

Guard , Gated, Green and Grand.

2. CT on high ground but those a lower ground usualy get the flood. The complain due to Botak Hill when rain cause the mud flow to lower ground

3. Yes; this small area become high density. I hoping the abandom shop can revive to hv cater the populatio like FOOD.

MRT 2 have 2 option.

Option A (TRX – Pandan – Cheras – MINES – Serdang)
From the TRX Station, the line crosses below Jalan Tun Razak and SMART Tunnel
towards Pandan area and will surface before the Pandan Jaya LRT Station. The
elevated segment continues southeasterly towards Pandan Indah, Pandan Mewah,
Taman Bukit Teratai area. After Bukit Teratai area, the line will cut through the hills
and passes Taman Bukit Segar and Taman Cheras Hartamas towards Cheras
Sentral.
After Cheras Sentral, the line will continue further south towards Serdang and
passes several residential areas such as Taman Len Seng, Damai Perdana, Alam
Damai, Bukit Belimbing and MINES. After MINES, the line then crosses the Kuala
Lumpur Seremban Expressway towards Serdang and Seri Kembangan area where
Bukit Serdang Station is proposed within UPM area.


Option B (TRX – Shamelin Perkasa – Bandar Malaysia – Salak South –
Serdang)
From the TRX Station, the line crosses below Jalan Tun Razak and SMART Tunnel
and travels along Jalan Perkasa and will surface before Shamelin Perkasa. From
here onwards, the elevated alignment will run parallel to the existing Ampang LRT
Line and crosses the Kuala Lumpur - Seremban Highway before entering the
proposed Bandar Malaysia site or TUDM Sg Besi area. The line continues within
the Bandar Malaysia and travels southerly passing through Kuchai Lama, Bandar
Baru Sri Petaling and Sg Besi areas as it moves towards Serdang, Seri
Kembangan and UPM area.

HSR dont need necessary must locate Sg Besi - reach Putrajaya sufficient - then let MRT catch the HSR at putrajaya.

HSR cost wil much cheaper than cross thru KL city with limited land aqusition.

Yesterday I went to SPAD intention put mine complain.but they close during weekend at NuSentral. How they can justify rider at Sri Petaling is more than Alan damai. They must calc, there huge population at Alan damai not distance radius of 5-10km has train station compare Kuchai lama and Sri Petaling which they have star line.

No doubt the developer in this case are responsible to the original printed brochure which have advertised this as one of the selling point and they have admitted it is their mistake of doing that and we should however discuss for a win win situation instead of demanding a compensation. It is not their entire fault for us having a U-Turn government which money and network relationship can change anything at anytime (in this case the MRT alignment and development nearby).

By the way if nearby shop apartment got revamped, can the developer impose higher selling price to us after this?  brows.gif

Anyway, this is my personal opinion and I hope buyer will be more patient to the development.  biggrin.gif
