However, during some of my online transaction for example, ipmart online etc, it kept rejecting my card. Have called Maybank on this but the online merchant still wont accept it
Really need to follow up from Maybank soon.

By the way, do I need to call Maybank to activate the CC for any foreign transaction? ill be going to oversea next week.

I applied for CL increase and mbb increase 150%.... I submitted my EA form and pay slip... They dragged for three months only approved... Applied increase CL because for wedding preparation....

if your primary reason to get a 2nd card for shopping, perhaps Citibank Rewards/Cashback cards would be better?
Since your Wise already maximized, it's hard to "downgrade" the benefits to other cards  This is the only card that gives >5% cashback, and since your spending behavior already adjusted to meet Wise's benefits, it's better to keep it. Unless, of course you planned to STOP using Wise (about 2 months earlier) and cancel it due to high AF for Wise Platinum.

Keep your current Wise for your usual petrol + mobile + dining spending. Please cancel the AMEX Gold. 
M2C Amex is the better card to complement Wise. Limitation to M2C Amex is the 5% cashback only limited to weekends transactions. Moving Wise to Amex means you need to swipe all your usual transactions exclusively on weekends.

'sides, M2C has signup promo with RM100 rebate (note: 2x RM50 GST is currently imposed to new application). This is literally ZERO commitment for year 1 considering M2C has no AF. Furthermore, most likely, current credit card GST could be abolished by 1 Apr 2015. Let's hope Maybank doesnt introduce AF for M2C (which will be taxable at the rate of 6% GST next year).

If your spending are > rm1000 and <rm2000, STUPID for petrol, dining and mobile while the rest of the transactions using your M2C's AMEX(TNB, Screamyx)
Actual cash back for STUPID is 8.25%(after paying AF and GST) while M2C about 6.4%(assuming every year you spend rm12000 and all are swiped using AMEX)

Mine is 1st time apply CL.... About a year since I first time collect the card.....

Went to Maybank Card Centre at 1 Utama to apply for MBB2Cards. I didn't have high hopes for the "card issued within 60 minutes" promise they make on the advertisements, but I expected it to be around 90 minutes. In the end, it took 180 minutes for the card to be ready for collection.

So for anyone here thinking that you can get the card ready during your lunch hour, better plan to come again the next day. You must collect your card within 3 days of application.
