guys maintenance fees is

815sqft x 0.28 = 228.20 + 260sqft x 0.28 = 72.80

total =RM 301 ( for 815sqft unit )<<< already confirmed with SA . not like what u mean RM 75 x 2 per car park.

GST for maintenance yet to confirm .

Isn't it maintenance fees is finally determined by JMB ?

The current calculation is only valid as long as it hasn't handover to JMB. After it's handover, the JMB can revised down the calculation if there is enough money. This residences the density is quite high, and facility is mediocre, presumably does not need .37 cents maintenance ?
