ok mah, think about it.. Was comment by a lot of buyers ok with the cemetery. So what now? Anyway, think about it as there won't be any future building blocking ohako lor.

Does the cemetery only Malay? Nowsday the land might be separate into 3 types, Islam, Buddhism, and Christian. Just like the one @ Shah Alam.

There are a lot more other properties rather than here... I wouldn't put my bet on this one due the the small road, many condo and huge cemetery.. But if buyer insisted to buy, then go ahead and buy. Nothing is right or wrong.

I never trust developer nor their agents unless S&P stated anything to it.. All is still bullshit as they may not do it. After all, this also not changing anything but still 15 arc of cemetery nearby.. It still make a lot of potential buyer turn away in the future when disposing my unit.

You see... the main issue is with the cemetery, they ended up improve the design... totally doing the useless thing.. the cemetery still will be there... what's the point... Anyway, for those investor, this definitely a big no no to buy.. Traffic flow already created issue, and now this huge cemetery added oil to the fire.. lousy place.. In the future, it will be harder to find buyers.

In property, every one of them got value on it.. If price drop to lower and it may attract more buyer, don't you think so.. Let say, if rm250 psf, sure can buy for keep for rental... LOL... But for the current price, it's not worth as cemetery there... Nothing is wrong, just you think it's worth or not.. Get it if you think worth... tongue.gif

Good luck in waiting... A lot of people also waiting for new access road to be real although already in the town plan.. year 2020 lor, see if it happen by then... I am waiting 2...

The developer don't get it... The issue is there is a huge cemetery nearby!! It is not you see it or not... Problem is Chinese don't like it and investor don't like it. Period. People will concern when letting the property go will have problem as now... Why put your hard earn $$ into this project while there are a lot of other property out there.. Unless this project is super cheap, then there will be people taking the risk..
