just came back from the sales office in IOI Boulevard .They are building the show unit and it will be completed somewhere end of NOV / Beginning of DEC. According to sales rep , three types of units available ranging from 800+ , 900+ , 1000 sqft . Price psf is yet to confirm. Consumes of two blocks ( A + B ) each floor 12 units with 31 floors . Total unit = 700+ . All the block either facing South East / NorthWest

guys maintenance fees is
815sqft x 0.28 = 228.20 + 260sqft x 0.28 = 72.80
total =RM 301 ( for 815sqft unit )<<< already confirmed with SA . not like what u mean RM 75 x 2 per car park.
GST for maintenance yet to confirm .

The access of new bridge to sunway most likely to connect till the junction of Sunway South Quay. Question is when will this happen. Once projects like Zefer hills, Parc Ville, Twinz and Hako...its going to be additional approx. 3000 vehicles in that area. Hopefully the new access would accommodate such amount of vehicles in future and also Hako as last project there.

Haha Bro. u can refer to Peter & Jane at Saujana Villa if you wanto refer to a good kindergarden which share the condos facilities.

dont know whether is a good news to share with. Ohako only charge us half of the maintenance fees for car park. let say instead of RM 72 u are paying for the two free car park, they are charging RM 36 .
