now myzenfone6 got a prob.. when call, i cant hear the "truutt truutt" sound. and tiba2 hear the voice from the person the other side pickup only..

same to me.. mine zen5.. but it's not to all call, sometimes only..

Mobile is included since quite a while ago. Previously it was excluded.

Now home electrical and other stuffs get 15% off on Monday and mobile gets 10% off. Buying a Note4 on Lazada is way cheaper than from DirectD.

dang it. my zenfone 4.5 is unable to charge or detect usb cable.
should RmA it or they're a DIY solution?

Guys I ordered ZF6 with Asus Store and chose to pay using CC. After entering all the details and proceed with payment, I received an error about unsuccessful CC payment.

But the payment have already gone through since I received and SMS from maybank confirming the about transaction. I have contacted my CC and they confirmed that it has already approved, payment to uitox..

Now still waiting response from asus store.

Looks like this is a common problem with the Zenfone phones.

I've sent my Zenfone 6 with the same problems for servicing at Asus Singapore last week.



Nearly two weeks and still no news when it is ready for collection.

Tried.No help. This time getting worst. Below is the pains that I suffered after bought it.

I bought my phone (zenfone 5 - A501CG) on 26/11/2014. On 1/12/2014 I sent the phone for repair due to screen defect (flickering). On 4/12/2014 they informed me the phone was ready for pickup. At home, I found the phone have dead pixel on the middle of the screen. Thus, I went back to Service Center on the next day 5/12/2014 for clarification. They said it was a defect and they will replace the screen again. On 10/12/2015 they informed me the phone was ready for pickup. Upon close inspection, the newly replaced screen have dead pixel again. This time the dead pixel was located at bottom - left corner. They replaced it on the same day. I picked it up at 6.45pm on the same day. This time new issue found- phone hardly able to get any phone signal.Most of the time have no signal at all - emergency call only. I went to replace my sim card because i thought it was the root cause. But is it not. New sim card also having the same issue on the zenfone but not on another phone. And really fxxxk is that I need go to the sc again. WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY FOR THE PARKING. ASUS PRODUCT QUALITY IS SO FXXXKING LOW SO DO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE.

Next course of action, Consumer Tribunal!

if I'm not mistaken, it only happens when you call a mobile number. If you call a land line, you can hear the call tone.

So my Zenfone 5 apparently just derpd itself with its HDR mode and my picture came up like this. Pretty interesting and awesome to look at though.

Aside from that I'm currently surviving on a permanent silent mode Zenfone 5 since I haven't sent it to warranty due to not having any other backup phones and I'm about to do my practical. So I have to survive for few more months before sending it to warranty (And get a tablet as well)

Feel sorry for u but this is very rare cases coz no one else experiencing the same problem as u did.i guess this is just pure bad luck and lemon unit

Asus should do one to one replacement for u since it is under warranty and non of their solutions solve the problem.but i guess they take it lightly coz its a rm500+ phone
