Just get my phone back. They just replace the screen for me as it is still under warranty.
Found a new issue on this new screen. There is one dead pixel in the middle of the screen.
So disappointed with their service quality. They never performs QC before hand it over.

They do sell the Qualcomm LTE version here for the Zenfone 5, it retails for about RM709 if I'm not mistaken.

Hi, another satisfied zen6 owner reporting in. Bought a pair of zen6, for me and my partner. Previously owned a Lumia. Now after nearly 2 months of using it I'd say for the price point, zen6 is a bargain. My zen6 is TW version, upgraded to 4.4.2, rooted and arted. Current FW is 2.20.40.8. Battery life is ok for moderate use and can last until reach home in the evening.

I found it good to use as no need to press power button to wakeup / unlock my Zenfone 6 but the proximity sensor keep ON working and emitted dimmed red light under dark surrounding. Will this harm the life of the proximity sensor in the long run?

I must say the Asus store is super fast. Ordered in the morning, tried to deliver the next day. In JB, not KL. That Japanese delivery service is so much better than GDex... still waiting though cause missed twice and they ignored the Sultan's decision to work on Sundays (and not Saturdays).
