can u go into recovery mode?

press and hold power button + volume down at the same time. release when u feel a vibrate

Yes I can, which selection i should choose? i tried wiping the cache it didn't work.

not sure if the OTA file is still inside ur folder. but no harm trying. try going back into recovery and do the following:

Use "Apply update"
"Choose from internal storage"
Then navigate to "0" > "Android" > "data" > "com.cyngn.fota" > "cache" > "cm-bacon-3628510d76-to-ac1ccf7921-signed.zip"

I wiped both cache and Dalvik cache after OTA. No more random reboot. But battery life very bad now.

i understand if i choose to wipe then i'll lost all my data, i just backed up this morning before the update, so most of things are still with me.

or is it the files is needed right now to do recovery for my case? aiks

try again 1 last time

if still persist, then reflash 33R

at the 1st page already have guide on how to reflash to 33R via fastboot. i recommend fastboot because its cleaner.

then u can opt to wait for OTA or sideload it.

the option to stay unrooted or to root afterwards is up to you

or the above method. much easier i think

was googling around for this but it's all on twrp. i'll try reflash tru fastboot, reset few times it didn't work.
