when using high ISO, image will be appear noisier hence, softer image will occur and some will look smudges, destroying details

But all this are software depending. See how the software of the camera decided to handle high ISO image.
I'll never focus on sky coz I know all this auto mode, when focus on sky, it'll try not to over expose the image, hence it go higher shutter speed but in result, the other area will look dark. I could be wrong though
ah sorry i guess i misunderstand your question. I tod you're asking how to judge if the photo expose correctly onot via LCD screen on phone when shooting under sunlight. coz if LCD screen not bright enough, you can't judge the photo exposure correctly

But shooting on daylight, it is hardly to get underexpose photo as camera auto mode wouldn't do that.
Para1
Ya you right.
when play with ISO, yes, it always relate/adverse to noise, so it's a balancing act/decision for using what ISO at what situation (unsteady photo vs acceptable noise level) so there u give is a good guide daytime 100-200, interior 200-400, and low light >400...The picture noise is roughly a byproduct post processing software part and also the hardware level...thats why when good spec hardware, say,
Meizu MX4 camera sensor size is 1/2.3" which is larger than most smartphone camera sensor size (also 1/2.3 is a digital compact camera size so they have the same level of hardware to start with) and thus able to have better Pic Qlty...also able to have less noise at same level of ISO...generally, a 1/1.6" size has a less noise than a sensor size of 1/2.3" at the same ISO...n software. and more Megapixel doesnt mean good also, potentially increase noise level for the same sensor size
Para2
IMHO, focusing on the sky will underexposed the landscape but post processing can return the detail....underexposed has sufficient detail...but if overexposed...then cant salvage d as the photo details are lost. I still not sure where to focus, for a landscape like horizon landscape or where there is no 1 object to focus, to get the best landscape photo...or just let auto focus to do the job? hehe ...i rarely have the effort and passion to shoot many photo to trial and error actually haha
Para 3
Yea, I will folo ur advise about outside shooting- to maximise the brightness in hope also to get the output exposure as close to the LCD at time of pre-shot take place...is this accurate enough, from ur experience?
