Anybody owns a Prestige series laptop? I'd like to find out the display panels used for the following models: pl60/62-7rd and pe60/62-7rd.

(How to check: Open Device Manager - Expand 'Monitors' Category - Right click 'Generic PnP Monitor', on popup menu select Properties - On popup window, click the Details Tab - On Details Tab, click the dropdown box, select Hardware ID)

Just to check with you guys, is there such option inside Dragon Centre>System Tuner>Shift, any 'Turbo' option for fan control?

I watch quite a number of review/open box for this model in youtube, it has this Turbo option. But the Dragon Centre that shown inside those video, it shows the model GS63VR 6RF, at the left bottom of the software.

But when I went to look at the actual machine at computer shop, it doesn't has Turbo option, and the model show in the Dragon Centre software is GS63VR 7RF~

Anyone can clarify this?

GP62 GTX1060 good? How’s the screen?

I just bought MSI GL62M 7REX for RM3,911.00 today from IT Comp via 11street. Will be my first time using MSI brand laptop and hopefully it's better than my Lenovo Y580. If not for some unfortunate event that happened to it, I would still be using it. Maybe it is time already to upgrade.

It is good for a mid range laptop, screen wise you can go for 120hz. It's actually running a good TN panel. But if you have higher budget definitely go for GE63/73 Raider, i personally tested it out in my review and it is definitely astonishing performance.

Guys, any news about the 8th gen intel CPU will be available for MSI laptops?

Intel not yet have any official announcement on the 8th Gen yet, so i don't think MSI or nay other brand have it yet. I think soon =w=
