I mean playing games, with 1080 and setting high only?

Heat problem? Btw have you upgrade to m2 sad?
*
Yup i upgraded the SSD and some RAM, heat problem wise also no problem. Well if you have higher budget go for GE Raider series, the heat exhaust is superb for that one

From what I know GL still can go quite the high setting for gaming and in 1080, ofc the temperature will be higher than normal use and 70-80 is consider normal for a laptop. If you worry maybe get a cooler pad would help

bought msi gl62m 7rdx recently from lazada.

and nvme m.2 ssd , 8hm ddr4 ram.

question is, i wanted to install it myself but there is a warranty void sticker at the back. why they put it there? msi does not allow us to do simple upgrade our self?

Hi, thank you for supporting MSI, to avoid any misunderstanding, currently we only allow user to upgrade their RAM via our authorized dealer / service center.

Can anyone suggest me which model to choose?

GS63 and GE63 is the thickness and weight differs a lot? Coming from 2011 13" Macbook Pro.

surely GS63 in thinner than GE63 if compare, GS63 is less than 19mm whereas GE63 roughly abt 27mm. it is much more depend on you for what usage of the laptop. GE63 is the latpop series with raining keyboard (Per Key RGB), very good looking. rclxms.gif

Hey, for me i'd rather get ge63 instead of gs63. Yeah in terms of weigh, gs63 is actually alot thinner but for performance wise it will be ge63. As because ge63 has really improved alot since the last ge generation, the design, cooling system and not to mention the 120 hz monitor rclxm9.gif

it is very much depend on your purpose and usage to have GL62M 1825.
in fact, it is hard to define good or not good. only can say suitable or not suitable for your usage only.. haha..
