Yeah, I have to admit that it (Merrydale) was a surprise to me too. Next thing in line now is the opening of sales gallery / show village / red carpet of EM. And for SEH, of course will be the new launch of 20x70 DSL. smile.gif

My view is that no harm to do some comparisons but we have to acknowledge the strenght and weakness of each developer and the projects they launch as you pointed out - but just don't disgrace. There is no 100% perfection in any projects. Gather the info, do an analysis and make an informed judgement.
