Hi SEHrians, understand that the 20'×70' DSL will be launched by end of this month (instead if December). Price starts from RM598k onwards, with corner lot (additional 20ft) plus a premium of c. RM150k and end lot (additional 15ft) plus a premium of c. RM120k.

Simply just compare like that 22x75 seems better to me loh. But have to consider the budget, the internal layout, the design, the built-up etc.....

DIBS is a long gone case and if I'm not mistaken some of the affected purchasers earlier were compensated by 3% discount / rebate when the DIBS was effective. The 3% discount this time shall be seen as an independent event ie unrelated to the DIBS.
