Bro mind to share some vital stats e.g. built up, land size, price etc since I believe at this stage more (accurate) info is shared by the SA.

Which type that you are comparing? Afaik, the coming new launching (3 types) is 20x70, Saraca launched recently is 22x75, and there is no 22x70 launched so far for SEH project hmm.gif
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just for illustration / reference:
- SEH Bellucia (20x70) with BU of 2025 sf is priced at RM615k
- EM Cradleton 1A (20x70) with BU of 2019 sf is priced at RM590K

Although I believe these SemiD do have their own market, but please don't compare it with those in EM / SEH..  Nothing can be justified for similar comparison, two different level projects nia...
