As far as I know and also reaffirmed in the recent GST talk that I attended, maintenance fee collected by the JMB /JMC is subject to GST if the annual sales value (collection) pass the RM500k threshold. Under this circumstance registration for GST with the custom is necessary. In the recent Budget 2015, I don't see any exemptions mentioned about the GST on the maintenance. If I overlook, please point out.

Btw, that day my insurance agent told me that insured under the health insurance should not be charged for GST.

Education is exempt rated supply if I understand correctly but I don't have time yet to go through the long list.

Lol. Unless the pakcik/makcik selling the pisang goreng has annual sales of no less than RM500k and has (indeed mandatory) registered with Custom for GST, (theoretically) you still can get cheap pisang goreng

8C (22x70) intermediate starting with RM768k is just 6% higher than Cradleton on per sq ft basis but with enhanced features - I think quite worth it. But for corner / end lot the price could be quite scary The noise & probably dust too is a general concern, hope the plants may help to alleviate the issue.
