Btw, that day my insurance agent told me that insured under the health insurance should not be charged for GST.

Is it, stated in which item ya, sibeh long list, expect everyone can like lawyer read so many wordings.. doh.gif

Life insurance is exempted (item 11), but how about health and education? doh.gif doh.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Fruits are zero rated, but how about processed fruits juices, soft drink? Now I pigi kings beli one doughnut also need pay gst, right?

Sorry, to be exact what my agent told me was life insurance.
Education is exempt rated supply if I understand correctly but I don't have time yet to go through the long list.

Depend your education insurance is life insurance or general insurance.

Life insurance is exempt supply whereas general insurance is standard rated supply
