the corner units is extra land size is about 24 units...price i think is about 750k above.....guess majority these units not sold out

I didn't see the available unit list but list corner unit more 900k. SA told available unit most at last 3 row.

so if this case, unsold not really becaose of igh price on corner units...even 900k corner units also got takers....

I didnt... Abit regret now. Tan Sri also there to support... Not bad le. Seriously, i really like merrydale and of course type 8C but the price too high... Another thing is that it is quite close to lekas highway. Could be quite noisy...

Since SA started BTS project, SEH will start BTS kua......

8C (22x70) intermediate starting with RM768k is just 6% higher than Cradleton on per sq ft basis but with enhanced features - I think quite worth it. But for corner / end lot the price could be quite scary The noise & probably dust too is a general concern, hope the plants may help to alleviate the issue.

Sorry, talk about EM stuff in SEH thread. Don't mean to hard sell, just for discussion / chui shui.

Anyway, with those cons still the house is nice 1

No increase because possible project start even they open sell this year. Just ealry paid gst lor.
