I didn't see the available unit list but list corner unit more 900k. SA told available unit most at last 3 row.

what;s wrong on the last 3 rows?

so if this case, unsold not really becaose of igh price on corner units...even 900k corner units also got takers....

Doom kor, if me own stay i prefer the last row. Less car and and less noise with more privacy. Really dunno why ppl dont like it

I didnt... Abit regret now. Tan Sri also there to support... Not bad le. Seriously, i really like merrydale and of course type 8C but the price too high... Another thing is that it is quite close to lekas highway. Could be quite noisy...

8C (22x70) intermediate starting with RM768k is just 6% higher than Cradleton on per sq ft basis but with enhanced features - I think quite worth it. But for corner / end lot the price could be quite scary sweat.gif The noise & probably dust too is a general concern, hope the plants may help to alleviate the issue.

Sorry, talk about EM stuff in SEH thread. Don't mean to hard sell, just for discussion / chui shui.
