How about house owner insurance?

Education fees related to school, child care, college university are exempted, but how about education insurance?   

Is it, stated in which item ya, sibeh long list, expect everyone can like lawyer read so many wordings.. 

Life insurance is exempted (item 11), but how about health and education?       

Fruits are zero rated, but how about processed fruits juices, soft drink? Now I pigi kings beli one doughnut also need pay gst, right?

There already some changes when MKH came to open the Pelangi Semenyih 1 and 2, this is when Tesco started to come in.

Police station at bandar kajang I presume is kajang lah, don't think it is in semenyih nia..

just fyi, semenyih is indeed very big. my ttdi grove phase 12 is under semenyih jurisdiction though house is in kajang......

Well, IMHO, although I am a fan of DPC township but not Kepong nor Menjalara nor Sunway SPK, I dont highly rated DPC location is very good and I concurred and agreed this from few DPC investors who said this to me.

I just feel DPC is good because of it's own, not a very good or extraordinary good location. I also met some cash rich investors feel DPC location sucks.

Btw, I dont think EM and SEH distance to KLCC is 40km so far. I drove myself 2 times, about 30 kms, from the site of both via Jln Semenyih, where the distance should be reduce once the LEKAS interchange was done and directly connected to the highway instead of travelling thru Jln Semenyih.

Lol... depending on which route you are using lah... generally the shortest route to KLCC will be around 35km ++ only..
