Maybe you right, I also got feel rental rate maybe poor. If u looking land property for own stay maybe will good choice. You bought semi D at SEH? I am a bit concerned also that more units are available now. I am buying because I have dreams that my kids will be able to have good results and qualify to enter Nottingham U nearby. In case they don't, I will have to sell. Meanwhile tenants are welcome to stay in my brand new house when ready, hehe... |

These developments are more appropriate for those who would like to take it as own stay, or reaping the capital appreciation after 5-8 years, as the township steps to maturity stage... |
