600k u can own spacious landed house at semenyih with garden, parks, and commercial like teco just nearby...

semenyih landed tonwship is targeting those family who need larger space due to family members growth...and wish to have good environment for family to stay in...

one family maybe only father and mother are working, they still got kids or grandparenets stay with them who not need to work...both of them might need to spent more time on the road but at least the other fmailary members are staying comfortable in spacious landed with affordable price in good township planning..

Fish valley is another one, the ambient and environement is much better, you even can do fishing there..

This one is along the way to nirvana, if from Tiara East, shoul make a right turn in front of the Semenyih mosque..

From my perception, there is unlikely to have a traffic light there, just for the sake for the convenience of Tiara south but SEH/EM/SEH 2 residents need to suffer. Overall, the land for thant junction is belong to SEH I presume. It's 2 lanes each bypass and so awkward to have a traffic light there, just for the sake of 200 houses.

Personally I think for the Tiara South resident, they can enter to the housing state directly when back from KL. If want to head to KL, they need to enter the Ecohill link from the other roundabout, which is near to the Ecohill Welcome Center / the new 20 x 70 DSL houses currently.

Precisely, really don't think there will be a traffic light at the juction you point out previously.

A traffic light in this bypass is a disaster for all the residents in bandar rinching later.

That's the different between housing estate developer and township developer, township developer always plan accesing route first before building the houses.

Tried the Fish Valley too. Environment is good, no flies issue but just that the the food a little pricey.
