Any transaction that exceed Rm50 can be considered as one of the 10 entries to trigger the rebate? Or they need to be from the categories chosen?
*

cashback only from the categories chosen.

Just to double confirm do all transactions made in HLB WISE Sup Card are combined with principal card?
Which mean to fulfill the requirement for 10% cash bacl on 10 minimum RM50 transaction per month,
I can perform 5 transactions using my sup card and 5 transaction using my principal card?

And All 10 transactions doesn't need to be within the selected cash back categories?

Yes and Yes

Thank for the clarification.
I should have went to sushi king during the last day of December 2014 whereby i need 1 more transaction to fulfill the min 10 transaction per month.
Instead I went to The Store Taman Kok Lian, KL  because I heard it was using HLB terminal but at the cashier it seem to be a MBB terminal.
And end up it was posted 2 days later and it doesn't fall under groceries category. Aih...
*
yeah, try to fulfill the 10x transaction a week earlier or latest 2-3 days earlier. i monitor all my usual merchants so that i know how long it takes for them to post the transaction, then roughly i know when is my "deadline" sweat.gif if new merchant, i avoid swiping them last minute.

hi there, i was using my wise card to pump petrol and buy house groceries, but wondering why on the bill did not show cash back?
*
few questions for you to find out:

1) when did you get the card?
2) what is your bill date?
3) when did you pump petrol or buy groceries?
4) did you read post #1?
5) were you aware of the T&Cs for this card?

hi everyone,

i just received a call from HLB regarding supplementary card.
she told me theres an ongoing promotion with the supplementary card whereby if you sign up for the card, the sign up gift would be a car dash cam recorder. also, according to her, the annual fee would be waived for life and the GST (RM 25) would be waived for the first year.

Anyone here received the same call as I did?
*
did HLB say specifically 1 or 2 supplementary cards in order to get the car dash cam recorder?

read the official, published promo here >> https://www.hlb.com.my/main/promotion/20141...y-card-campaign

payment TNB/syabas via maybank2u consider utilities?

ops..my mistake..m2u no acept other bank CC to pay TNB...zzz

i think the only way pay "online" to TNB/syabas (utilities) only via uob payonline.....

very troublesome..need put in bill number..multiple tac..lousy design webpage...... (personal view)
*
actually doesnt matter how lousy the design is, as long as it works and recognized by HLB to be under UTILITIES category, then the little effort is worth the cashback.

Hi just got the card

we only can know the statement date after 1st month rclxub.gif  TQ
and anyone here can confirm maxis fiber is under  mobile? TQ icon_question.gif
*
based on my application, about 5 days after gotten the card, then your statement date would be determined.

QUOTE(luvox @ Feb 5 2015, 02:06 PM)
Question, here. Even if the transection labelled as groceries categories in statement, cash back is not guaranteed?
*
safe. that's how the system determined the MCC of the merchant, then only output the category listing in the statement.

will the sms registration done after 4th but transaction done on 4th counted?
*
when the sms registation is performed is irrelevant to the participating week/transaction count.

read the T&Cs again.

well, my Wise usage on uobpayonline was fine though. pay few mobile bills (2 different operators) on 7-Feb (Sat), confirmations emails received. 8-Feb, payment went thru mobile operators, and did MNP as well.
