but can i ask have somebody ever claim towing fee direct with TAKAFUL MALAYSIA? i got the reply from takaful malaysia that asking me to liaise directly with workshop on towing reimbursement . but the problem is i paid cash by myself. i dont trust with the workshop because they act slow and no fast respond taken even called has made/ text. any similiar case for my reference. if reimbursement thru the workshop is no hassle free . the money with go thru they account .....tq.

Ur mistake is to pay the tow truck. U shud contact ur insurance and they will tow ur car for free

Your policy should allow a reimbursement of the towing fee up to RM 200.00

I think maybe the insurance is asking you to claim the 200 from workshop, pass them the bill and the workshop will built into the claim along with the repair cost.

If you paid more than 200 then sorry. Max you get back is 200.

If your policy comes with free towing, next time best to call your insurer call centre.

ALWAYS call your insurance.

Allianz/AIG, very easy to deal... just call their tow truck come no questions asked.

I would like to know what you can do if you have accident inside parking mall?
Not hit and run situation, is on the spot either you bang people or people bang you.
Is it 100% unclaimable from insurance since is consider private compound?

Atleast more than 6 months. Coz the rule set is that must give 6 months to police looking for ur car. Or rather, wait until so happen by luck found urcar

Hi boss, wta did I do any mistake. A car reverse into me just now causing damage to my car. There came these toll truck runner on the motorcycle. He say just let him do everything from police report right up to the repairs. It was my first time having accident, is it ok I trust this guy completely???

He will send tonhis workshop, and probably will charge u for tow truck fees.

U cannot send ur car to ur preferred workshop or honda toyota etc .

Thats all i guess.

Trust him oso can. Just confirm with him that he wont charge u for the tow.

Remember loss of use? Probably he gonna claim for u and songlap that too.
