Agreed with UFO-ET view.

after the retail lot (PV2 will probably lease out only), the best choice will be shoplot..

second choice will be link landed, which serrounding price is going up.. even the BK recently launch also BBB mode..

condo would for own accupy than better. icon_idea.gif

may be demand is strong in this area. 3 to 4 days can achieve 60% booking for biggie like rainz is respectable. iskandar is total diff from bj

I still concur that with many residential highrises are coming and doing well, commie would be the ideal choice in coming 2-3 years.

rm30k booking with 10% downpayment , able to buy subsale project with ngam ngam handover key, can rent direct liao... nowaday many project say give discount, but still need pay 10%... susah le... rclxub.gif

Have to gamble lor. Ideal location and sizing. Not too big like Rainz and not too small. Developer dunno any good or not.
