may be demand is strong in this area. 3 to 4 days can achieve 60% booking for biggie like rainz is respectable. iskandar is total diff from bj

BJ always able to command a strong demand.

I still concur that with many residential highrises are coming and doing well, commie would be the ideal choice in coming 2-3 years.

rm30k booking with 10% downpayment , able to buy subsale project with ngam ngam handover key, can rent direct liao... nowaday many project say give discount, but still need pay 10%... susah le...

30K is only 5%-6% nia, if they hv intention to cheat, this isn't the % tat they are looking at

Have to gamble lor. Ideal location and sizing. Not too big like Rainz and not too small. Developer dunno any good or not.
