Those who wish to stay in Bukit Jalil but have tied budget, can consider getting a unit here.

I have no idea where it is. Opposite is such a vague word.

Opposite could be :-

1. Station car park F ( north ).
2. Bukit Jalil Extreme Park. ( west )
3. South of Hockey Statium.

a good offer

If Phase 1 and Phase 2 is separated each other, then it could be great since the price is only RM 500 psf ono.

Hardly can find such price with decent size.

But 45 storey condo should be HDA 42-48 months, thus progressive interest must be taken into consideration.
