Not much info was given for the gov servant block. But looking at 41 sty (760++ units) These units should be smaller in size, and if counted 500 psf, it will result in lower price. ex: 800 sq x 500 = 400K.

Forget about the past, we look into the future that what bukit jalil is going to transform to. Just like Subang Jaya empire, anyone know that place is cemetery in the old time?

Well.... All property owners still in believe the price will be push to another height, but in slower rate. Met a few, they expecting the landed, even in Puchong one to hit min 1 mil to 2 mil in 5 years time.. So, those condo might as well increase.

Still low mah, property price in Malaysia and still a lot of rich people in Malaysia. I can see still have people buy property like buying vege.

I think your calculation a bit wrong, I remember the unit start from 8th floor, for 29th floor, it should be 21k extra.

I think you get the whole thing wrong or the explanation was not good enough. I believe the purpose is to filter those who actually not really interested or capable but still want to put their hands and book 1 unit. As you understand current stage is FULLY refund if you do not want to continue later on until the developer get the license to sell and receive your booking.

With so many condo to choose.... At the end will have to see how is the finished product.. Selling @ premium price does not guarantee high end product, selling cheap also does not necessary low end.

Twin ark location may lost out as far away from lrt. Well, they might not need lrt as buyers should be very rich. Hehehe...

Purchaser will be signing 4 copies of SPA. One copy will stated / printed / Chopped as Original copy of SPA after it is stamped. You won't see it during signing. Upon signing, you need to pay all the balance and then wait for the SPA stamping which usually take about 2 months.. The lawyer will contact you to collect them when ready.

TPM is big.. one station @ the Petronas is not enough to cover TPM... Should have 2 stations, one on each site. Better still if can have interchange @ station near Zest there. tongue.gif
