Kuchai Sental is going at RM600 psft. I felt its quite high for a leasehold project but I kinda like the location.

There is very less information about it. duplex is a personal preference.. depending you wanna buy it for what purposes, but I rmb the size quite small, it only looks big because it have double volume.. I think the ground floor size smaller than their smallest normal layout |

Duplex unit!! what are they giving? currently what package they are running? but where can i put the dining table? I went to my friends place at Bangsar Alila.. i cannot tahan the kitchen ceiling height. i think 6 or 7 feet height.. or lesser... but my friend is shorter.. so shes fine with it. Btw.. any one have any issue cleaning the humongous window panel at the living room?
