Tower A - just left few units, own it faster.

Tower B - has launch last week, greater view to KL cityscape with lesser premium of price.

Developer memang naik price edi, im also shock they so confident but after studying the whole concept from the GM, make sense la

7acres split total unit its around 200 unit per acre. consider normal

I think what he mean is if for investing then need see nearby have rental market or not, but i think this one is hard to say one cuz we dont know how will the future to be. Similar to publika, at that time we also dont know it will success and value increase so high also.

But i believe kuchai sentral will be a new landmark in future with the strong profile of developer and contractor.

I think the project is overall not bad, but nearby abandon building, heard some rumors about there are some drug addict staying inside the building, might be a dangerous issue for the project in the future. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

they took up the abandon building. you can see the green color fence cover it up.
Heard will restructure into office and college

Agent just told me that abandoned building not under them so they can't do anything about it. hmm.gif

abandon building not an issue, it lowest than the building carpark.
and the owners believe,after the mix development project complete, will bring benefit to these old building.

"Abandon building" actually has caretaker inside, and interior has no sign of drug addicts as per observation made on site.

Also, at this moment the developer of Kuchai Sentral has no affiliation with the abandon building owner.

I think the abandon building will be depend on how success the kuchai sentral is, if there is demand from the area, surely one day the abandon building will be taken up by either developer or other. In other word if there is no demand on that area, who will pay for that abandon building but there is no demand.

But from the sales chart, practical layout and concept of the kuchai sentral, it looks good and I think this developer will be success on develop it.
