TRAFFIC congestion in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, may have worsened in the last few years especially on the internal roads, but this is mainly due to narrow streets and haphazard parking.

Common sense, courtesy and stricter law enforcement will solve the problem. Other than that, Kuchai Lama is very attractive to property investors as it is strategically located and has good access via the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, the New Pantai Expressway, Maju Expressway and the Shah Alam Expressway.

Kuchai Lama is also directly accessible from the Stormwater Management And Road Tunnel.

The connectivity and accessibility has made it convenient for residents in Kuchai Lama to travel to neighbouring areas like Taman Pagar Ruyung, Taman Continental, Taman Gembira, Taman Indrahana, Taman Lian Hoe, Taman Desa, Bandar Tasik Selatan, Salak Selatan, Taman Sungai Besi, Taman OUG, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Desa Petaling, Taman Bukit Angkasa, Bukit Kerinchi, Taman Desa Kerinchi, Taman Esplanad, Alam Sutera, Bukit Jalil, Technology Park Malaysia, Serdang and Seri Kembangan, as well as Bangsar and Petaling Jaya.

Contractor-turned-developer Menta Construction Sdn Bhd is banking on these advantages to launch aRM1.4 billion mixed-use development in Kuchai Lama and is bullish on sales.

The development will widen the Jalan Kuchai Jaya till Shell petrol station
Also a connection road between Jalan Kuchai Maju 9 and Jalan Kuchai Jaya will be built and handover to DBKL

So that's why project called as Kuchai Sentral as the presence will break the gap within Kuchai Lama area.

Dear @DiamondBar the above mentioned project is not located behind of shogun, that development is called Hermington.

the project is away from high tension cable (at least 400m away) and located beside Kuchai Entrepreneur's Park shops.

@DiamondBar please do not misleading readers, Hermington is next of HT cable, but KL Palace Court & Kuchai Sentral is at least 400m away

Kuchai Sentral is maiden project of Menta so you may not heard its name.

Menta has been established on 1982 and it is specialized on earthwork and infrastructure works, prominent projects completed / on going are Pan Borneo Highway Sabah section, Petronas Plant Pengerang Johor, etc.

The development on properties will be new arm for Menta.

In terms of location and convenience of life needs, Kuchai Sentral is a great deal to have own stays, you are welcome to visit our gallery (open daily).

Linear Park will be handed over to DBKL (open park around 1 acre) and road in front as well.

This road consider as extension of "Jalan Kuchai Maju 9" from Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park to front of KL Palace Court.

Right now this is a private road for gallery access and construction use, sometimes we found neighborhood residents walk over to and fro Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park.

It is a small Surau located inside the low cost flat (which located in front of Palace Court), mainly use by residents in the flat.

It is not equipped with loudspeakers, therefore it should not cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
