Got this from a sale agent. Want to increase price during this down time? Quite a ballsy move I'll say.

Yes, agreed with your last point, future development surely will depend on the society and owner of the kuchai sentral. Then it depending on your foresight and whether is worth to buy there or not, is up to your personal decision. Just similar to sunway area now, there is total empty land in the past 20++ / 30 ++ year ago, now ? You can try to study the Kuchai sentral developer profile if you free, then believe or not believe is up to your decision.

Bro, just stating my personal take on this, no hard feeling ok?

I'm just surprised they wanna go increase the price at this point in time when most of the sale agents are aggressively pushing this project.

I was informed 700/800m away from MRT by various sale agents.

However, went to do a site visit yesterday, I think the distance is more than that as well.
