What to expect if not crowded but still want convenience nearby.

KL is always jam during peak hour, no matter where you live you cannot escape from it.
Each project got pros and cons, depending on what is your requirement

There is no one project that comes with low density, amenities nearby, good accessibility, and with a good cheap price at KL.

The management is under the developer and developer HQ will also moving to kuchai sental. As this is their first project, do you think they will allow red activities at there to damage their reputation?

Is story or not, is up to you to believe or not believe. Additional this is after 3 year thing, as a human we cannot predict the future, like maybe there will be build highway road, rumahwip nearby in future ? and same apply to here whether the management will be under developer or not. As long as you like the project and place, just buy the unit there.

Yes, agreed with your last point, future development surely will depend on the society and owner of the kuchai sentral. Then it depending on your foresight and whether is worth to buy there or not, is up to your personal decision. Just similar to sunway area now, there is total empty land in the past 20++ / 30 ++ year ago, now ? You can try to study the Kuchai sentral developer profile if you free, then believe or not believe is up to your decision.

I think what he mean is if for investing then need see nearby have rental market or not, but i think this one is hard to say one cuz we dont know how will the future to be. Similar to publika, at that time we also dont know it will success and value increase so high also.

But i believe kuchai sentral will be a new landmark in future with the strong profile of developer and contractor.

I think the abandon building will be depend on how success the kuchai sentral is, if there is demand from the area, surely one day the abandon building will be taken up by either developer or other. In other word if there is no demand on that area, who will pay for that abandon building but there is no demand.

But from the sales chart, practical layout and concept of the kuchai sentral, it looks good and I think this developer will be success on develop it.

So far no cuz is around 1.6km far from there. And the ajinomoto will be move to Negeri Sembilan as well on 2022 based on the news below.
