There are bugs in the software but not that many critical. If you want to wait, then you might as well go for future phones.
The phone is good for now, most critical issues are addressed and quickly fix, then get OTA.
Notable hardware issue is the lcd yellow tint. Software maybe can consider the soft speaker volume (?) (which can be fixed via manual configuration)

And yes, for that spec and price, it's worth to buy.

most of the "serious" issues are not really that serious, imho. it's not an issue that makes the phone cannot be used as a smartphone.

LCD screen is mainly due to the "glue" still needed time to dry up. must remember that these phones are really, really fresh from the oven. hardly had time to sit in warehouse. usually, the "yellow tint" should go away after 1-2 weeks of moderate to heavy use (using the screen to dry it up)

as for the speaker issue... i think most having this issue after pairing with BT earphones, speakers. if pick up calls on the phone directly, should be fine. this is also a temp issue since this was only reported in the newer version of the software.

honestly, at the price... its really a no brainer. only time when people need to consider hard is when:
* they really need a smaller screen <-- this one, go to shops with demo units and play to have a feel
* they need the pen function: read -- galaxy note user like myself

else... i think its a superb phone.

OT... i just placed my "pre-order" with kopipeng. he just announced a new batch of pre-orders. i guess that ends my search for a BT speaker.
