the article don't really say anything about india. just pre-order, which is applicable to everyone...

but their website, you can see they are serious about starting in India:

seems like they like the idea that google have with android one. with the right package, india indeed is a very big market to capture

is xiaomi piston really good?.. i have one, but i dont know about the performance because i feel uncomfortable using in-ear type sweat.gif
*
then, in ear type is not for you. from the picture provided by ING. opo's earphone is also in-ear type. hence, i compare it to xiaomi's gold piston earphone.

how to undervolt ?
*
u use FKU right?

open FKU
go to CPU Manager
click voltage control
click on 300Mhz
edit to 725mV
apply changes
press back until reach the CPU Manager screen
click inside the phone icon besides the Voltage Control line > it will have and update icon inside the phone icon
this is to ensure that the undervolting will always be there upon each reboot.

done

but pls, if you notice your device is lagging, or having any touch screen issue or reboot loop after undervolting, u will need to tweak the UV again

Back to my question regarding Digi LTE, any answer? Thanks.
*
cant answer because not a digi user
but basic things to get LTE are:
get the supported micro sim card
make sure lte is enabled on your line by the telco

My friend's Mi4 gone all freezing and glitchy and unusable now. Holding down vol down + power button to no avail. D:

First time seen such problems.
*
enter recovery via command mode. just plug the phone into a pc with adb and force reboot recovery by command prompt

CODE

adb reboot
adb reboot recovery

but if u wanna see whats really going on with that phone and what went haywire, u can use logcat:

CODE

adb logcat

What carrier you're on?
*
celcom. but thats not the full speed yet. in the previous version, it is already discussed, if the area has lesser LTE user for that specific telco, you can get higher speed as you can hog more

so it depends on how many users are in the specific area.. is it initially like that?  hmm.gif
*
its goes back to network bandwidth 101. just like when you use broadband. lets say broadband A, at the first year after launch, speed was fantastic. then the 3rd year, as more user subscribed, average speed goes down.

oh idk about broadband, because i never use one before.. haha sweat.gif but i get the picture icon_rolleyes.gif
my advice is, play around with phone first..
hold the phone, play around, go through all the apps and settings until ur heart is content..
the common issue is the yellow tint/band, but it will go away after some time..
no problem with the OS so far..
*
dont worry la. that speed test i did was done in KL. so many LTE user but still can reach that speed. still gooding liao
