It hasn't launch yet bro, but collecting registration units only, cheques collections are going on and collection of cheques due to the concept is surprisingly good actually.

and guess what? Central Pattana group is already recruiting people in Msia o.o , sounds like its coming for real. hope my investment will boom up!

Pros:

1.  Proposed Central Mall - delayed and not sure if it will happen in 2017
2.  LRT at least firmer - but this will be like 2020

Cons:

1. Price - too high
2. total number of units - too many
3. Current Surrounding profile - Between Klang and Shah Alam (UITM and surrounding).  Eventual profile, uncertain.

Currently no interest and bullet for this. 

Hmm... high risk. Honestly, I visited the theme park during weekend and it sucks.

assuming newly launch i-Suite (Block B1) currently is the block in-charge by Hartamas

Any insiders / agents / familiar personal can verify following? 

my assumption as following:
i-Suite
Block B under GS Realty - a facebook group & a topic at lowyat forum has been created
Block B1 under Hartamas

Liberty Tower
Block C ? under Henry Butcher

If above statement on pricing is correct,
That sound good for future project for Block D, E. 
Launch at lower price (showing slow down of market demand)

If Liberty Tower selling at lower price psf is than i-Suite (Block B1),
Hartamas agents definitely lost at beginning war.

i still remember, the price before discount for isuite unit lvl 7 or 11 ( i cant remember clearly) with size 682, the psf before discount is RM782psf, do you know what is the psf for liberty at lvl 7 before discount.

still under considering, i actually prefer i suite because it is cheaper if conpare to liberty, but i look at the sales at i suite, only 30% is sold, and  liberty almost fully sold. this make me think twice, but still cannot figure out what is the main reason!! if it is bcs liberty is nearer to the mall, then i think it does not make sense, bcs they are so near to each other ( not a big issue). but the sales is a huge different. moreover, liberty is 6% much more expensive than i suite.. is it really the small distance to mall worth for 6%???

Actually i also feel unsecure, but after went to the sales gallery, the plan is really well done, seriously i get a lot of confident when i go through their presentation. there are a few point main point.

1.  The new concept of the mall, bcs it really very special. so far this is the 1st thailand mall in malaysia and according to SA, the mall definately much bigger than Mid valley.

2. SA told me shah alam has no clubbing or pub, so this is the only place for them to have the night activity.

3. MSC status. no need to worry so much about the rental.

Yes. the mall will be operated by Central Pattana.. but bigger than Mid Valley? Your SA may be wrong. MidValley is 1.7 million square feet in lease space and the mall in i-City will be 1.5 million square feet... According to my SA, on the other side of Best Western hotel, there will be something like a Clark Quay with a lake in front... F&B will be around that lake and 24 hours F&B plus alcohol.. MSC status and rental? I am not sure. Company may open offices but only serve to store their servers and gain MSC status.. not sure whether the working crowd will be there to rent.. It would be great if it can be rent to expat working for MNC companies in i-City..

Because other shoplots might not have MSC Status
