Yesterday it was the best possible team selection in the field playing against Madrid. I was hoping Lallana upfront with Sterling since Balo still yet to adapt or found a strike partner. But to be honest you can't just compare with Madrid the 1billion pound team.

You could see they played it all they can, pressing, chasing first 15mins. Defence has issue no doubt especially 2 CB and the Gk. For me Lovren & Skrtel doesn't seems to work for me.

Yea Isco & Marcelo was badass, coutinho had cracker shot but didn't went in

Second half sterling upfront not ideal but at least something diff while Balo still sigh...

Serious seriously absence for 5 CL years, BR is still new and young. Unless big change like Manchester City with big pay cheque. Liverpool culture abit diff, you do well we improve your pay cheque unlike the initial offer already 200k a week and also they can't just afford it.

Looks at Sturridge with his ability pretty sure he can fetch 150-200k but u gotta prove your worth. Suarez was on what 90k? Before twice they improve it to 200k

Comparing Gerrard and Rooney, Gerrard at his younger age could at least fetch 200k. Rooney on what 320k? Financial make huge diff, liverpool simply can't afford it.

U can criticise the owners of their way but this is business afterall they are a businessman. They have histories behind it, at least they are not making a mess.

5th, i support liverpool as a whole thing not just being nice looking in my eyes. Afterall this is business, FSG already done well enough for liverpool and to keep liverpool up and running every season. It is already generous enough splashing cash on players and not making a big mess. Yea there mistake here and there but it was not the end of the world. Moreover didnt we fought come back from relegation battle?

6th, BR wasnt given much money to spend for the first 6 months. Remember he had to train those kids to come out and fight for thier places? Sterling, Suso, Teixera, Flanagan, Kelly, Wisdom, etc etc.. Give him a break will you?

7th, You need to give the manager/the club a chance to build up reputation, ManU would love to have Ferguson as long as they can but ppl get old and new manager will come, if you ever dont give new manager a chance then are you gonna run the club managerless?

8th, whats the problem with British players? it is like calling Bayern Munich with bunch of overpaid/overrated German players. I dont see a problem with British players or British manager.
