QUOTE(cherroy @ Oct 26 2014, 12:24 AM) That's why manager is in charge on transfer dealing, and buy the right player to make him look good. Again exactly like Messi not bought by EnriqueIsn't that is the manager job? Whats' wrong with that? (Suarez make BR looks good). Oh wait, Suarez is not BR "bought"... Robben not bought by Guardiola Ronaldo not bought by Ancelotti Hmm keep it on.. Gogo |

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Oct 26 2014, 12:32 AM) I also dont see any problem with english players, the problem is with their price tag, for example, you can pay a defender(squad player) for 20mil, but you can get a foreign player with just 5mil. True but if you buy 5mil defender fans dont believe he is good. Hence asking for marquee signing.with the pricetag, come a bigger responsibility to perform, and will be much easier to be labeled as unsuccessful transfer. not sure about yours. |

QUOTE(AnythingK @ Oct 26 2014, 12:59 AM) Can afford the maintenance of 3 overpriced myvi, but not the maintenance of 1 bmw? You cannot pay up then bank chase you lor. BMW fail on you then u park the car at home continue to pay maintenance lor.. Well lets just agree to disagree, I can foresee an endless discussion. Oh myvi? Cheap maintain, or loan to someone help you maintain or maybe he forced induction for me when i get it back. Just a example, chillax This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 26 2014, 01:12 AM |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Oct 26 2014, 01:28 AM) Wow, really match what BR did? Bro this car industry diff one, you cannot test drive. So you can only read review or see car buyers guide. Dont know which is the REAL good one ma, so try diff car lor until satisfied since boss kasi. Bought the player, then loan out second season. Aspas, Ilori, Assaidi, Borini also. So that somebody maintain for you, very nice strategy. Wait, why bought the car, and let other drive in the first place if not intend to use the car. While somebody don't need to pay for the car, and yet got the car to drive, just pay the maintenance fee. And somemore, next year look old already, just send back to the owner, find new loan car to drive again. <-- this is the real winner. so if you buy BMW but it fail you.. then how? sell at low cost? or keep it and keep maintaining it This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 26 2014, 02:43 AM |

QUOTE(farisq @ Oct 26 2014, 01:32 AM) Anyway I thought Can performance was not bad. He was immense with the ball like nobody can take it off him. I think he will improve in his deep MF role if given more playing time this guy can develop into a good player, he has power and strength. He dont need to dominate stats just play nice and tidy should be able to keep his place. |

QUOTE(mugenz @ Oct 26 2014, 01:50 AM) But our situation is we paid BMW price buy myvi which in the end performed just a viva. Hoping this myvi can win race to get money to continue maintaining it. But bro race not ended yet. While compare others who buy BMW sometimes performed like Ferrari and winning races most importantly. Not buying a fleet and losing races. Worst is these BMW didnt perform can still outperform our myvi which performed like viva in reality. This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 26 2014, 02:03 AM |

QUOTE(Rotuham @ Oct 26 2014, 11:42 AM) Balotelli looks closer to getting his first red card than first goal in the league. Hes trying too hard, playing for REDs as main striker the pressure is always there. Because many fans focus mainly on strikers no matter how hard the other players work or played. The truth is majority of us didn't want balotelli. We all knew he was only worth more trouble and i said at the beginning that BR overestimated himself in thinking he can bring the best out of this idiot. Seriously speaking,i think balotelli will be gone in january. For Balo to come in make immediate impact will be difficult, he needs a strike partner. Lambert is not an ideal strike partner for him but we have no choice coz Sturridge is injured. We saw how he played with Sturridge a glimpse but max 60mins on the field else he will be walking around the field. Yep BR and transfer committee got it wrong on Balo, i never fancied Balo This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 26 2014, 01:55 PM |

January transfer will be crucial for BR and transfer committee, he needs to get a proper striker. Other position he can ignore for we played ok but we need to score goals, make those loses to at least to a draw if we scored enough goals. If only those lost were a draw we could have been 17pts by now.
Pressure is piling on BR, I have faith he'll sort it out and hopefully he'll succeed to secure proper striker. It doesn't need to be world class.. I am guessing Balo & Borini will leave on January, hopefully can recoup some moolah This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 28 2014, 03:52 AM |

QUOTE(kenlimfornication @ Oct 28 2014, 03:12 PM) Totally agree. I would say his only big money flop were Keane and Aquilani. Those that didn't work out ie. Nunez, Josemi, Gonzalez - all costs less than 3M. Aquilani man and he sold Alonso bought Lucas.. Was bad choice of replacement. He tried to turn Lucas into some sort of player, seems like same goes to BR on Balo. Rafa bought him but not to use him then im not sure why, prolly he wss injured badly when he came in. QUOTE(normeck @ Oct 28 2014, 03:56 PM) i think most of us here know, what Balotelli is...but Rodgers still play him like he is Suarez.... still one man upfront... Balotelli need support... The thing about Balo makes the AM Coutinho/Sterling useless. He doesnt run into space, he wants ppl to pass directly to him. But again not like he can dribble pass defender, he likes to cut out to his right foot to shoot outside the boxdoes Rodgers ask his midfielder give support to Balotelli? Stayed up for the game at least we won
Coutinho was massive for this game constantly creating chances, just need better front man. Borini did ok with an assist. Lucas looks fresh after sitting out so many games. This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 29 2014, 05:59 AM |

QUOTE(Cloud0890 @ Oct 29 2014, 06:05 AM) Borini played really well tonight. Only him and Coutinho were making contributions to our offense. Manquillo is too wasteful with his crosses. Borini was ok for me, marko can be developed into some player if he can stop thinking about his own price tag and start playing some football. Markovic is just unbelievable. For a player touted as a winger blessed with pace and trickery. I have seen NONE of it since pre season. All he does it pass it back or horizontally. He can't even make a simple dribble to get the ball away from a player in front of him pressing the ball. Last night you could see diff from Lambert and Balo. Lambert is obviously trying hard to help the team where else Balo trying very hard to score. That Borini cross was perfect for him but thats all what Balo did last night.. QUOTE(farisq @ Oct 29 2014, 12:59 PM) Also glad that I woke up for the game I think Cout wont get full 90mins coming match. Its either he starts 60-70mins and get subbed or sub in against tired legs opponent. Lambert was very good last night, he also constantly trying to help his teammate to get goals.. At least if you're not scoring.. Try to help othersThis pair not many chances. Borini was lively but not many clear chance. But Borini-Balo, somehow they clicked for the first goal. Was it because they can read each other better? something BR should look into Borini-Balo combo and Balo-Lambert combo. yes the statistic continues This post has been edited by kevafk: Oct 29 2014, 04:49 PM |
