Hi guys, I know that in the MBB BT promo TnC mentioned 3 methods to submit:
- call them
- fax them
- submit at their branch

Is there anyway to email them the BT application?

PBB to MBB:

29/9 : email BT application to mbb
29/9: received auto-reply for acknowledgement
30/9 : BT approved
30/9 : 3% one-time Fee posted
1/10: PBB received IBG payment from MBB
1/10 : 3% upfront fee waiver from MBB posted

Seems like MBB is getting more efficient, good job!

i think that means if you want to bt more than 1k, it must be in rm 100 denomination

so if you want to bt rm 1022, round up to rm 1100

anybody knows up to how many % of the amount can we BT to Maybank? was it up to 80%? or now 100%?

80-90% still possible.
but 100%? you not going to use it at all for any purchase besides bt? lol...

hi, first timer doing BT, few ques to ask :

1. I plan to bt from mbb to aeon watami, i read the application form says that the payment will be made in 15 biz day? It take so long?

2. What about bt from aeon to mbb? Also take that long?

3. The amount we can bt is only the statement amount, or the total outstanding amount up to date?

1) 15 business days is the maximum. usually they only take few days.
2) same, only few days
3) statement amount (maybe outstanding amount can be approved too)

did you use your aeon cc besides bt?

should be no difference

if you actively using mbb2amex, then bt there.
if you actively using mbb2visa/mc, then bt there.
if you actively using both, then you may choose any, no difference.

the reason of choosing the active one is so that you may only pay once every month to one of the card, instead of having to separately pay to each of the card (just because the other card is attached to the monthly bt instalments).

No need to call ..if u read the T&C, they have rights not to give any reasons..this is the feedback I got from them when I call ..

well, mine get approved this month after all my BT got rejected for past 2 months..
