I have shown personally from Setia Ecohill to Midvalley only takes 30 minutes during weekend, from Semenyih Lekas exit to University Malaya in 35 - 40 minutes during weekday about lunch time, from Semenyih Lekas exit to Leisure mall in 20 minutes, from Semenyih Lekas exit to Technology park malaysia within 25 minutes as well.

Know what, BBW first person jump out and shout me liar, coz I do it on non-peak hours in weekday, house buyers only concern on peak hour, nobody care about off peak period woh...

So when SP Setia put on website say Setia Ecohill is about 35 minutes away from city center, he shouted to everyone SP Setia is a liar woh... But when SHL says sungai long is 15 minutes from city center, he just keep quiet and ignore whistling.gif whistling.gif

Sg long-grandsaga-east west link-bangsar only able to do it on week end morning not possible in week day. Next time should try Klcc route.

Go to KL and back from KL must use different way, thats also depends the connecting road to Semenyih-Kajang bypass is ready before the VP, which expected by May next year. After the connecting road is ready, just wondering will it still be single entry/exit point, as we all know, this project is not GnG, not sure even the developer will do the fencing or needs to depend to JMC. doh.gif

The most worrying part is not sure about the commercial plan. Currently it is just a standalone project and the residents is expected to tap in the commercial activity in Sungai long, which easily takes you to drive 15 - 20km to and fro, not to mention need to make a big stupid U-turn when back from Sungai Long. All thanks to the stingy developer who is the first hand flipper and want to reap maximum profit, dun want to build a tunnel as like twin palm, just let the residents suffer in terms of convenience. doh.gif doh.gif

Traveling further in smooth traffic much better than travel shorter distance but jam jam jam.

IF given me choice 5km smooth traffic vs 1km jam jam jam traffic, I will definately takes the 5km.

Hi bro, I believe u did it on a weekday and at peak hours but this was not a normal weekday.

Was it during the day before Malaysia Day, i.e. 15 September 2014.

Long weekend and school holidays.

During normal weekday, it's not possible to reach bangsar in 15 min from sg long cos of jam at connaught highway.

In any event, drive safely bro.

You are right this is not possible to do it during week day. Will go to Bangsar South this coming Thursday morning, will revert travelling time here, i expect it need around 45 minutes.
