PRGT starts from the date you signed S&P, which is 2014, RPGT copletely exempted by 2019, as highlighted, this will significantly reduced flippers in the market. not only that upon VP, from signing of s&p is too short of a period to call 200k flip, even there are, that is provided all developers units are sold off... according to samkps (this project still many d units due to not good projects), but is a good news for genuine house owners.. |
