This is a BTS, I supposed the disbursement only starts after VP, and lock in period will start after that for 2 year or something.

Meaning you would have to hold at least for 2 years after VP ?

How about RPGT for BTS ? How's that calculated ? Anyone knows ?

he is buying for own stay..

PRGT starts from the date you signed S&P, which is 2014, RPGT copletely exempted by 2019, as highlighted, this will significantly reduced flippers in the market.

not only that upon VP, from signing of s&p is too short of a period to call 200k flip, even there are, that is provided all developers units are sold off... according to samkps (this project still many d units due to not good projects), but is a good news for genuine house owners..
