Yes indeed, he try to tell ppl he's smart ma. But this boy quite entertaining la, s'times look at what he post and the comment from his sales team make me laugh!

I see lots of comments on lard, making fun of him, say he conning his followers etc but anybody has any idea where he get his money from? He is portraying a very luxurious lifestyle. If you say he gets comm from selling properties, cannot be so much until so rich right? He also never conduct paid seminars? No coaching also cos all his coffee session are free! Lol! If people really engage him as project consultant, the remuneration also can be so high until such lavish lifestyle?

I'm sure he invested some property before 2010 that help him set his base. Here in LYN also many property investor and I'm sure if they sell their property now easily can get cash in hand 1-2Million. But just that this people didn't really show it like how LARD show you.
He's just another property agent, but he bring himself up showing you he's driving a nice car and his luxurious lifestyle to show you that all this can achieved in investing property. His motive is to make you believe in investing property that can make you rich like him, but I've to said what he said is not wrong and yes investing property actually make lots of property investor rich. But it depends on which location la...not the one he telling you, Im sorry..
Not well known developer will hire him to sell their projects, imagine 1unit is 2k in commision and emporis got how many units?? You can do your calculation but this is just a rough figure la, maybe more or maybe less i dont know. His tactics always tell ppl to bulk purchase so that developer will give discount but actually is a gimmick to divert you thinking you getting a good deal. All this he already talk to the Developer that hire him than he mark up from there. So far he only talk the property he sell, you seldom see him talk others property that are very good deal as well.
