Brother I'm very neutral wan, to me property investment sure make money. Is either you make more or you make less, fast or slow is all depends cause property investment is a long term game. What I don't like that he HYPE the property until like you sure FATT TAT with this property. If this property after VP you make 20k he will still blow trumpet and light up firecracker for you to show that you make the right choice. You get what i mean.
