TG Phase 4 is RM1,100 psf after rebates. I think TG's two towers up in the sky look good so far.

There are some shop behind and a malay bazaar kind of things and attrack a huge crowd. Probably when the shop in emporis are done it will attrack huge crowd too. I believe commercial unit will do well.
