I wonder if this project are so sell-able why developer don't just sell by them self instead, rather then appoint la/ord ( not really an legal agent) to hard sell it to the extend of almost guarantee profit.

Im not sure whther lord is a legal agent, but mayb he is acting as a property guru to push those investor tgt invest this project. |
