Hey guys, I was offered to change my decoder and the dish to a newer one after upgrading to super pack 3 ( Currently using the beyond decoder and satellite dish when the astro HD service was introduced). After changing to the new decoder and satellite dish, can i still use it when balik kampung by bringing the my decoder and swapping the decoder to watch my channel?

It should be: Astro Xi Yue HD aims to provide Astro customers a repeat of HD content from other paid channels and to encourage NJOI customers to migrate to paid Astro.

Nah, that one is upscaled (4:3 stretch, i believe).

For your info, the so called digitalization of broadcast was announced by our 'beloved' Ministry of Information in year 2005.......

Ten years on, little has changed since then. Media Prima said going to HD, but no timeline is given.

tv3 picture quality is a joke. even watching on crt tv
for me rtm and tv alhijrah 118 on certain program has better quality

That reminds me, CCTV News is also on same as GoShop, need to stretch it to see properly.

LOL sorry for my ignorance, but are you expecting your Astro fees to get higher due to GST ?
Coz you know what, all along you have been paying Govt that 6%, from the Govt Tax.

So your fee whould be the same, but onlt the term is changed;
from Govt Tax to GST.

Anyway, I stand corrected biggrin.gif
