Assthrow is practising double standard by giving free preview for 4 channels for 2 months period. In 2 weeks time, Setanta, Cricket channels and AOD plus are given free preview for 2 months. So, what compensation for existing paying subscribers who are entitled for these channels for this 2 months? Assthrow is making us to pay and yet give free for non-paying subscribers?
Assthrow is getting more subscribers in its latest annual reports. As of its first quarter ended April 30, 2016, the company reported an arpu of RM99, and served 69% of Malaysia’s households. An increase of 80,300 households reported for the quarter, making the cumulative customer base of 4.9 million households. Coupled with its impressive advertisement revenue, I don't see the justification the increase in subscription fee after all. Pay higher dividends to its shareholders as a way to please its Indian boss, and we, as customers need to be Assthrow "water fish"?
Please remove those Assthrow Best, Assthrow First and Assthrow Box Office from Assthrow platform. They are hogging in the satellite bandwidth and not offering more HD channels despite getting more capacity from Measat 3B.

It unfortunate we have customers actually paying for AB,AF and ABO when what they are actually getting is trimmed distorted versions None of their In House channels failed These are the customers asstro's wants they buy whatever pay whatever,it does not matter if they watch or not!

astro upgraded my pvr about 10 days ago, since then certain channel like 708, 350, 308 after turn on screen is blank and sound is lagging. Need power off and on the decoder for few times then only can watch. The technician come for 4 times dy but still unable to resolve.

Did anyone encounter this before?

Olympic Rio 2016 is also available on Astro Arena (Channel 801), RTM TV1 (Channel 101), RTM TV2 (Channel 102) & RTM TVi (Channel 180) for all Astro customers without subscribe Astro Sports Pass.

Those channels are not exclusive Olympic channels, aka 24 hours dedicated channels for this event.

Just downgrade astro package to basic one and was inform by the cs that monthly need pay rm10.60 extra just for using the decoder due to the recording service provided, when i ask to change back to old decoder they say cannot, no more old stock, so am force to pay rm10.60 month for the recording which never use.

Anyone know how to cancel this payment?

well thats a dream for many of us who have only slow internet access

Lucky you, gets some response. Mine's still not resolved, mainly because they're lazy.
