u have just missed the opportunity to buy on 2nd Sept. That day kinda have "mega-sale" for most of us.

anyway as u already have the passbook, u can try your luck on getting the units anytime when you're free.

From my experience.

No. ASG is not pro rated. Now only I realize. LOL. Maybe this is the reason why dollar cost averaging is being used in variable funds.

Need ya advise folks...i just bought a property at 4.5% interest for the loan. You think its best to dump savings into the flexi loan or into ASW2020?

Choose ASW2020 coz Dividend (6.60%) is higher than bank interest @ 4.5%

bank (mbb,RHB or CIMB) & PM are ASNB agents. it's their job to issue passbook.

only that they "not keen" to open new account for non-bumi (fixed pricing fund) because the hassle they need to endure & in the end no units available nod.gif

from what I heard, ASNB also the same case cry.gif

Ya, I asked about fixed price funds yesterday, the bank said cannot open new account as no units available. Ended up open new accounts for variable funds. sad.gif

I just let go my 5000 units AS1M non bumi units last week. Increase to about 5500 units I think.
Must have sold off now.

Agreed.. without any passbook, we can forget about trying to get any Amanah Saham units (fixed price)
