Wanted to know more as well.. i googled map just now, need almost 1.5 hr to my office in KL if depart at 7.45am.. the jam is that worse? Any new road coming out soon?

Hoho, you seems noe the developer pretty well.

Thought of getting up earlier for work if buying condo there. But 1.5hr, thats mean to depart before 6.00am? So that wont be in traffic, i check the return route, it take me 40mins+ only instead of 1.5hr

And I tot mahkota cheras nearer to KL? Is the MRT nearby Oasis going to complete in 2017 or later?

heard there have road connect to twinpalm in future.

malaysia style just wait and see . if really open new road threat this for your bonus.

confirm jam if popularity increase in future.

kuchai lama is soo many road to connect. result jam
wangsa maju gombak area duke highway . result jam.
sg long and mahkota cheras area result jam

my point of view , malaysia style is
we fit the area we use to it.

the area will not fit you.


quality issue very subjective.
when progress build fast people will worry quality
when progress slow people will not compliment developer make good quality project.
people will just blame the developer pattern make progress slow.

i live nearby the condos...this area is not really congested, not sure about the future though.
to reach KL you only need to go through 1-2 traffic light.

I used to work in KL , as far as i remember i usually go out around 8++ , and my working hour start at 10am.
Worst case scenario 1,30 hours. Otherwise in 1 hr can reach kl in normal traffic jam. no traffic jam around 30mins .
You have 2-3 alternative routes to kl. So choose wisely based on traffic conditions using Waze.

kepong area . 800psf
wangsa maju area 900 psf

2nd
or you can try your luck to get rumah wip.
if your yearly income more than 100k
you can modify you payslip to get approval.

3rd
subsales for those pangsapuri .
or above 15yrs condo
ampang chancellor
1300 sf 360k

seputeh area condo.
and few prime area
super prime location for you.

4th\
continue rent a unit and wait your prospecting unit.

5th
u buy oasis and buy a scooter or big cc bike to work.
if u be my neigbor i wil present you a super protection jacket . make sure your safety.
